Sizing
We offer our breastfeeding vests and nursing wraps in sizes 8-10, 10-12, 12-14, 14-16, 16-18, 18-20 and 20-22. Currently we offer the wrap dress in sizes 8-10 to 16-18.
How do I pay for my order?
To make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them as we use the SagePay payment system (formerly known as Protx) for our secure e-payment gateway. You can pay for your online order in British Pounds Sterling, using Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron. Delivery
If your item is in stock, we will do our best to despatch your order the day you place it. Your order will be sent first class delivery.
UK Delivery
Standard packing and delivery on UK orders is £3.50, this service usually takes 2-5 working days. Priority delivery for all UK orders is £7.00. If your order is over £85 we will post your goods via recorded delivery, again this service usually takes 2-5 working days.
E.U Delivery
Standard packing and delivery on E.U orders is £5.50, this service will use 1st class airmail. Priority delivery for all E.U orders is £10.00. This service uses Royal Mail Airsure.
Single Vest Delivery
Use this option if you are only ordering one vest. For UK orders £2.50, this service uses 1st Class delivery and usually takes 2-5 working days. E.U orders £3.50, this service will use 1st class airmail.
If you know you are usually out when the postman calls, you can ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order. If you have any queries with your delivery please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Returns
We stand by the products we make. We believe in quality and we will not be happy until you are.
In the unlikely event of you being dissatisfied with any of our products, please return them in a pristine and resalable condition** and we will either exchange them or give you your money back.
If you have received your goods as a gift and you are not happy with the size please contact us and we will arrange an exchange for you.
How to return or exchange an item
If you need to return an item for exchange or refund, simply return the unworn** item or items to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. (If you return a purchase after the 30 day return period then an exchange or Rooti Tooti credit voucher will be offered).
If returned within the 30 day return period we will exchange the item/s or issue a refund if preferred. Please use the same packaging if you can - recycling is the key! (Please see Returns and Refunds section for full details)
