We stand by the products we make. We believe in quality and we will not be happy until you are.

In the unlikely event of you being dissatisfied with any of our products, please return them in a pristine and resalable condition** and we will either exchange them or give you your money back. If you have received your goods as a gift and you are not happy with the size please contact us and we will arrange an exchange for you.

How To Return or Exchange An Item
If you need to return an item for exchange or refund, simply return the unworn** item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. (If you return a purchase after the 14 day return period then an exchange or Rooti Tooti credit voucher will be offered).

It is advisable for your own protection, that you return the parcel to us by recorded delivery. This service offers you insurance for the value of the goods covering you for any losses or damage to the package. Always obtain a 'Proof of Postage' certificate from the post office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. The item is your liability until it reaches us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. At the same time, please fill in the reverse side of the invoice to tell us why you are returning your goods, so that we can quickly process your return.

When we receive your item/s we will follow your request for an exchange and send the replacement item/s out to you straight away. If you are not exchanging your goods, we will refund the cost of the goods to the card you used for payment. Please allow us at least 2 weeks to process your refund once we have received your goods. In the unlikely event that you are returning an item due to a fault, we will also refund the cost of sending the item back to us by Royal Mail.

QUESTION (is this stated on the reverse of invoices?)** It is important to note that when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up or a deodorant as they may leave marks/fragrance on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item marked, scented or otherwise damaged in your care as they will be deemed in an unsuitable condition for resale. The item must be returned in its original state with all labels and tags attached.
