Our Beliefs
We take great pride in manufacturing our Rooti Tooti products in England. We frequently visit our manufacturer and feel very confident that we know where our goods are being lovingly put together. We are also keen to keep this amazing planet of ours beautiful for our children, their children and so on. We are therefore doing our best to make the most informed environmental decisions about our company as possible. We are for example, using biodegradable paper packaging for posting our goods, card for our swing tags rather than plastic and even choosing carefully where our electricity comes from to run our business….the wind!!! As our business grows and flourishes we will continue to make changes to make it more environmentally friendly. So watch this space…..!
Product Description
We have taken all reasonable precautions to try to ensure that prices quoted on the Website are correct and that all products have been fairly described. However, when ordering products or services through the Website, please note that: · all prices are displayed in pounds sterling inclusive of UK VAT, unless expressly indicated otherwise. · whilst we try to display the colours of our products accurately on the Website, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. · all items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) you have ordered are not available and we may offer alternative product(s) of equal or higher quality and value.
Sizing
We offer our vests & wraps in sizes 8-10, 10-12, 12-14, 14-16, 16-18, 18-20 and 20-22. Currently we offer the wrap dress in sizes 8-10 to 16-18.
How do I pay for my order?
To make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them as we use the SagePay payment system (formerly known as Protx) for our secure e-payment gateway. You can pay for your online order in British Pounds Sterling, using Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron. All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer and we take payment when we accept your order shortly before dispatch. If your payment is not received and you have already received the products you ordered from us, you must pay for the products or return those products to us in accordance with reasonable return instructions that we provide to you and in the same condition that you received them at your own expense. If you do not do this within 14 days of the date on which we cancel your order, we may collect (or arrange for collection) of the products at your expense. We reserve the right to charge you for any and all damage to (or other adverse interference with) any products that are the subject of an unpaid order. If we cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will not process your order, inform you of this in writing (including e-mail) and, if you have already paid for the product or service, refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.
Delivery
If your item is in stock, we will do our best to despatch your order the day you place it. Your order will be sent first class delivery.
Standard packing and delivery on orders is £3.50, this service usually takes 2-5 working days. Priority delivery for all orders is £6.50. If your order is over £80 we will post your goods via recorded delivery, again this service usually takes 2-5 working days.
Single Vest Delivery
Use this option if you are only ordering one vest. For UK orders £2.50, this service uses 1st Class delivery and usually takes 2-5 working days. E.U orders £3.50, this service will use 1st class airmail.
If you know you are usually out when the postman calls, you can ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.
If you have any queries with your delivery please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your goods. All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
